Elite Boxing and Fitness is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and compatible handset.

Class Registration & Payment
Memberships are billed weekly. Cancellation terms and refunds are discussed at signup.
Conduct & Liability Waiver
Boxing carries inherent risks. All members must sign our waiver before participating.
